Windows Media Support Groups and sites span far and wide across the internet. These links below are gems which I would highly recommend to you, they are full of insightful and informed users who can help you with virtually any Windows Media Player related problem you may have. Of course I would say always use this site you are on now, but there are some Windows Media Player topics I haven't covered yet that you can find elsewhere.

The first one is the most well known spot for anyone with a Windows Media Player query to come to:
Microsoft Windows Media Player Newsgroup

This newsgroup has been around for a long time and is created by the creators of Windows Media Player, Microsoft. There isn't much I can't find help with in this forum and I recommend it as your first port of call for your question.

The next one is: Wmplugins.com Windows Media Player Forum

This one is based more at plugin problems you may have, again this forum is very indepth, with opportunity to discuss and question anything you wish on the Windows Media Player plugins subject.

This site is a general focus on Windows Media Player 11, 10 and 9 Series. However, this FAQ also covers Windows Media Player 7 (WMP7), Windows Media Player 6 (WMP6), and Media Player for XP (MPXP). Very helpful and highly recommended.
