How does this error occurThis error commonly appears in the Windows Vista version of Windows Media Player 11 where a user is unable to hear any audio from a newly connected USB device such as a set of speakers.What is the status of the issue?Currently Microsoft have identified it as a problem and this article will be updated accordingly when Microsoft patch the issue.
