Why am I experiencing this C00D2EEC Error?? You have clicked on a link from the internet that is no longer valid, if you typed in the internet address and still receive this error then you must check you are trying to access a supported protocol. The supported protocols are listed below: mms://server/filename http://server/filename If you have entered an internet address that looks the same as the ones above but Windows Media Player is not accepting it, you may want to check that Windows Media Player is setup correctly to use all of the protocols it supports. To do this go to Tools and then Options
Then you will want to click the network tab:
Once in this tab look at the top here you will see a header which says 'Protocols for MMS URLS' tick all the boxes and you should now have told Windows Media Player that you want to use all the protocols when loading up internet files.
